Nashville Star

Let me start by saying that for the most part, I truly can't stand country music. So it comes as a surprise (even to me) that I enjoy Nashville Star.

Neil and I have a few select shows that we will watch together. Nashville Star is one of them. We have watched every season since season 2 (George Canyon). For the most part, the artists are a pile more talented than anything I've ever seen on American Idol and I just like the format of the show better. This season looks good -- I enjoy Jewel as a host, and Neil and I even agreed on who should go and who should stay (Hint: we really really hate anyone that sounds too Rascal Flatts-esque -- I mean good lord, who could like Rascal Flatts??? Bwa haha I know of someone (initials K.G.) but where this bad taste comes from I don't know??). Overall, I am looking forward to watching the season progress!

I haven't watched yet this season. Morgan has been and said it is good. Rascal Flatts are ridiculous. The first time I heard them I thought it was a woman with a bad voice. And then I saw them. What is with the early 90s Bon Jovi hair do? God Bless the broken road....please.
