Ontario

I will be the first to admit that driving through the Canadian Shield was a lot more scenic and beautiful than I had thought it would be. While I still think BC is the most awe inspiring province, Northern Ontario is pretty nice too.

This is a video of Kakabeka Falls just 15 minutes outside of Thunder Bay.

Other highlights of this leg of the journey include:

Manitoba

Manitoba looked a lot like the rest of the prairies and Winnipeg felt like Regina, just bigger. We met up with friends for supper at the Olive Garden and enjoyed some wine... (well we all did except Neil, the driver).

We then proceeded to get lost on our way out of town and took about 40 minutes to get out of Winnipeg -- don't ask me how, we had been given clear directions -- however, we are just plain old retarded and if there is an impossible way to do something, we find it.

One of the highlights of MB was when we were able to positively identify the old "Georgies"...
